Any person who burns materials without obtaining a permit within the city is guilty of a misdemeanor. Punishment will be in accordance with the standard misdemeanor penalty set forth in section 1-4-2 of this code. (Ord. 02-01, 5-28-2002, eff. 6-28-2002)
