A. Required Information: Every transient merchant desiring to do business in the city must, before commencing such business, file with the clerk-treasurer, a written application. The application shall contain the information required by section 3-1-3 of this title, and in addition, provide the following information:
1. Give a brief descriptive list of articles to be offered for sale or services to be performed.
2. State whether payments or deposits of money are collected when orders are taken, or in advance of final delivery.
3. Date of arrival in city.
4. The name, address, and telephone number of three (3) business references.
B. Payment Of Fee: At the time of filing the application, such transient merchant must accompany the application with the sum specified in section 3-3-4 of this chapter as a license fee. (Ord. 03-02, 4-8-2003, eff. 5-9-2003)
