Nothing in this Code of Ethics is intended to, or does, create a private right of action against the City of Colorado Springs or against any covered person based upon noncompliance with its provisions. Authority to enforce compliance with this Code of Ethics is vested exclusively in the City pursuant to the provisions of the Code. (Ord. 16-122)
