It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle anywhere within a City park between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M., or during the time any park is closed pursuant to section 4.2.103 of this Code; and, no person shall allow, permit or cause a vehicle to remain stopped, standing or parked anywhere within a City park between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M.; except that when a permit is issued pursuant to section 4.3.101 of this Code.
