4.2.103: CLOSING OF PARKS:
The Manager is authorized to close any park in whole or part at any time for any interval of time, whether temporarily or at regular stated intervals, as necessary to protect the park land, park property or facility or to protect the public health, safety or welfare. (Ord. 4716; 1968 Code §10-6; Ord. 01-42)
