10.3.102: STOP OR YIELD SIGNS AT OTHER THAN INTERSECTIONS:
   A.   The driver of a vehicle approaching a stop sign not at an intersection and controlling the driver's direction of travel shall stop at a clearly marked stop line, but if none, at the sign, and shall proceed cautiously yielding to traffic not so obligated to stop.
   B.   The driver of a vehicle approaching a yield sign not at an intersection and controlling the driver's direction of travel shall, if required for safety, stop and in any event proceed cautiously yielding to traffic not so obligated to yield. (1968 Code §6-3-2; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 01-42)
