8.4.101: SHORT TITLE:

This part may be known and cited as the FIRE PREVENTION CODE. (Ord. 18-50; Ord. 23-14)

8.4.102: ADOPTION OF THE FIRE CODE, PREFACE AND APPENDICES, TO THE 2021 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE:

Pursuant to Part 2 of Article 16 of Title 31, Colorado Revised Statutes and pursuant to the Charter of the City there is hereby adopted by reference the International Fire Code, 2021 Edition of the International Code Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL, 60478-5795, including Appendices B, C, D, E, F, G, K, L, and O as set forth therein. These appendices are deemed included as a part of any reference to the International Fire Code. One copy of the 2021 International Fire Code, and one copy of all amendments to these Codes, are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and may be inspected during regular business hours. The above Code is adopted as if set out at length, subject to modifications, additions, or deletions as set forth in section 8.4.105 of this part. (Ord. 18-50; Ord. 23-14)
