(A) Construction and demolition waste or materials shall not be placed in a residential account’s solid waste or recycling container.
(B) If such construction and demolition waste or materials are generated, the responsible party is responsible for the removal and proper disposal.
(C) All construction and demolition waste or materials shall be removed promptly and shall not be stored in any location where it may be blown or otherwise dispersed beyond the construction site.
(D) In the event that the violation is not corrected, the violation will be considered a public nuisance that may be abated.
