§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with, or violates any section within this chapter, shall be guilty of a class one misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as herein above described. The imposition of any sentence shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   The penalties set forth above shall be cumulative and nonexclusive. In addition to those penalties set forth above, the town may institute any other remedies available, including but not limited to a civil action to seek injunctive relief for a violation of this chapter, and the recovery of attorney’s fees for such violation.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Section 1-3-1. Each and every day any such violation continues shall be deemed and considered a separate offense.
