§ 91.10 UNOBSTRUCTED PASSAGE IN STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   (A)   No person shall permit trees, shrubs or brush growing upon their property to encroach on or over any public right-of-way so as to interfere with the movement of persons or vehicles, or a safe line of sight.
   (B)   It is the responsibility of the responsible party to trim trees, shrubs, or brush on their property and in the adjacent right-of-way back to their property line and allow 18-foot height clearance at any location solid waste or recyclable materials are collected.
   (C)   No person shall allow any obstruction including, but not limited to, parked vehicles, within 15 feet of a solid waste or recycling container placed for collection service, or to obstruct solid waste and/or recycling collection operations in any other manner.
