A. Violation Declared Nuisance: The existence or use of any rooming house, duplex, apartment, single-family dwelling, multiple-use dwelling, hotel or motel as defined in this Chapter in violation of any provision of this Chapter is hereby declared to be and shall constitute a public nuisance.
B. Violation; Penalty: Any owner, lessee, agent, tenant or other person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter, upon being found guilty, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code for each violation.
C. Continuing Violation: Each day that any such violation or failure continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as such. (1997 Code)
