4-3-10: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each separate violation of this chapter in addition to any other civil or criminal penalties the City may choose to pursue according to law. (1997 Code)
