A. Should a license holder violate any provisions of this chapter, the license holder shall for the first and each subsequent offense, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, or in the discretion of the local liquor control commissioner, the license may be revoked or suspended.
B. Any person not holding a Colona liquor license who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
C. Persons violating this chapter who are not holders of a Colona liquor license are eligible to have the offense handled pursuant to the "no contest" procedures as enacted by city ordinance. The "no contest" fine for a violation of this chapter is hereby set at one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 99-03, 3-22-1999)
