(A) Construction plans. Construction plans for the required improvements conforming in all respects to the standards of the city and the applicable ordinances, shall be prepared at the subdivider's expense by a professional engineer, registered in the State of Minnesota.
(B) As-builts. Upon City Engineer's certificate of compliance, the subdivider shall furnish the city with as-built drawings prepared by a registered engineer showing the improvements as-built or in place.
