Upon approval of the final plat by the City Council, the subdivider shall record the final plat with the County Recorder, as provided for by that office, within 60 days after approval by the City Council. The subdivider shall within 30 days of recording, furnish the City Clerk with one hard copy of the final plat showing evidence of the recording. The city may also require that the subdivider provide the city with plat information in digital format.
