The City Clerk shall refer the final plat to the Planning Commission for its review and recommendation. The recommendation shall be forwarded to the City Council within 30 days of receipt of the plat. The City Council shall act on the final plat within 60 days of its receipt provided all improvement contract requirements have been satisfied according to §§ 152.110et seq. The City Council shall either approve, modify or deny the final plat.
