§ 152.046  DISTRIBUTION TO OTHER AGENCIES.
   The City Clerk shall refer copies of the preliminary plat to each of the following agencies when appropriate: County Highway Engineer, State Highway Engineer, School Board, City Engineer, the City Planner and the Planning Commission, for review and report.
