§ 152.034  CITY COUNCIL ACTION.
   Five copies of the sketch plan shall be forwarded to the City Clerk for referral to the City Council. The Council shall review the sketch plan, staff recommendations and Planning Commission recommendations to determine the consistency of the sketch plan with the comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, city utility plans and this chapter. The City Council shall approve, modify or deny the sketch plan.
