§ 152.013  DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
   Upon completion of the public improvements required in any subdivision approval, the city shall make a final inspection of the public improvements. Upon approval of the final inspection and recommendation of the City Engineer, the City Council shall formally accept the public improvements for public ownership.
