§ 152.005  APPLICABILITY.
   This chapter shall apply to the subdivision or resubdivision of all land in the city. No land in the city may be subdivided in a manner inconsistent with this chapter. No permits for any improvements will be issued on any land which has been subdivided in a manner inconsistent with this chapter.
