§ 97.07  NONCOMPLIANCE.
   Any property owner who fails to permit an inspection as required by § 97.05 or who violates §§ 97.01, 97.02, 97.03, or 97.04 shall be subject to a $25 per month surcharge on their water bill which surcharge shall continue until the violation is cured.
