(A) In all cases where a permit is required to be issued by the Town for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and/or gas work, such permits shall only be issued to either:
(1) A business entity possessing a license in the appropriate field of work issued by the State of Tennessee; or
(2) An individual possessing a master tradesman license issued by Shelby County, Tennessee in the appropriate field.
(B) All individuals performing work in the Town shall be subject to the licensing requirements and restrictions of the authority which issued the license under which they are permitted to do such work.
