§ 150.006 EXPENDITURES AND CONTRACTUAL SERVICES.
   The expenditures of the Commission, exclusive of gifts, shall be within the amounts appropriated, if any, for that purpose by the Board. The Commission may contract with Town planners and other consultants for such services as it may require, provided that such contracts are first approved by the Board.
