§ 150.003 VACANCIES.
   Any vacancy in the appointive membership shall be filled for the unexpired term by the Mayor. The term of office of the member elected from the Board shall run concurrently with membership on the Board and the term of office of the Mayor shall be concurrent with his or her term as Mayor.
