§ 115.08 LICENSE AND PERMIT REQUIRED FOR DRIVERS.
   No person shall drive a taxicab unless he or she is in possession of a state special chauffeur’s license and a taxicab driver’s permit issued annually by the Chief of Police for a fee of $1.
