§ 94.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity violating any of the ordinances of the Town shall be fined not more than $50 or the maximum amount permitted by state law, whichever is greater, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation.

(B) Each violation of §§ 94.41 or 94.60 through 94.65 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $50, or the maximum amount allowable by law.
