§ 94.60 DOGS THAT ATTACK AND/OR BITE HUMANS.
   (A)   The owner of any dog that aggressively attacks and causes severe injury to, or death of, any human being, shall be cited for failing to properly control the dog and shall be subject to a fine in the amount established through resolution by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen; for the purposes of this subchapter, the term OWNER shall be defined as any person in charge of maintaining an animal, or any person who feeds, shelters or harbors an animal or permits it to remain on such person's property, or, if the animal is owned by a person under the age of 18, that person's parent or guardian.
   (B)   In addition, the dog shall be confiscated by the Town and the procedures of this subchapter relating to the classification of a dog as a dangerous/vicious dog shall be implemented.
   (C)   In the event of multiple incidents or violations of this subchapter, a Court may declare the dangerous/vicious dog to be a public nuisance and order it euthanized.
