(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor more than three dogs over three months of age on his or her property or premises at any one time, unless the person shall hold a valid license issued by the office of the Shelby County Trustee and the office of the Collierville Town Clerk to operate an animal kennel in Collierville. No such license shall be issued by the Town Clerk for a kennel operation in any residential zone as per the Collierville Zoning Code.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor more than three cats over three months of age on his or her property or premises at any one time.
(C) Enforcement of this section shall be in accordance with § 94.99.
