The government of the Commission shall be vested in the Board of Commissioners, which shall consist of nine members who shall be residents of the Town and who shall have knowledge of and a demonstrated interest in Town history. Experience and contributions to historic preservation efforts shall be considered in the selection process. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in any ordinance of the Town, a member of the Board of Commissioners may also serve on another Board or Commission of the Town as permitted by § 8.04 of the Town Charter.
