Under no circumstances is the Code Compliance Officer permitted to make changes in the Town Code, zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, design standards manual and other related codes enforced by the Town, nor to vary its terms and provisions in carrying out the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Code Compliance Officer.
