§ 31.16 TO PERFORM GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.
   The Town Clerk shall perform such administrative duties as may be prescribed by the Board, the Charter or this code. He or she shall have custody of, and be responsible for maintaining all corporate bonds, records, papers, original copies of ordinances and minutes of all meetings of the Board in such fireproof vault or safe as the municipality shall provide.
