The Town Clerk shall be nominated by the Mayor and confirmed by the Board. He or she shall serve at such salary and with such other benefits incidental to such position as are provided by the Board, and shall serve at the will of the Board. The Town Clerk shall be subject to day to day supervision by the Town Administrator. He or she shall be bonded in such sum and with such surety as may be acceptable to the Board.
