EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 724, passed February 10, 1969, authorized the Board of County Commissioners to establish and maintain Mercer County Landfill District No. 1 and to include therein all lots and lands within the corporate limits of the Village.

There are no sections in Chapter 1072. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
