Any person or agent divulging information in violation of § 110.07 or any person or employer who violates the provisions of § 110.08(D), shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of no more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment for each offense. Such criminal penalties shall be in addition to the penalties imposed under § 110.08(A), (B) or (C).
