§ 110.07 INFORMATION TO BE CONFIDENTIAL.
   Any information gained by the License Inspector or any other official or agent or employee of the city as a result of any returns, investigations, hearings or verifications required or authorized by this chapter shall be confidential, except for official purposes and except in accordance with proper judicial order, or as otherwise provided by law. The License Inspector may disclose to the Commissioner of Revenue of the State of Kentucky or his/her duly authorized agent, all such information and rights to inspect any of the books and records of the License Inspector if the Commissioner of Revenue grants to the License Inspector the reciprocal right to obtain information from the files and records of the Department of Revenue of the state and maintains the privileged character of the information so furnished to him/her. Provided, further, that the city may publish statistics based on such information in such a manner as not to reveal data respecting the gross receipts of any person.
