(A) Should any person violate the terms of this chapter, they shall be subject to a civil fine of more than $250 and not less than $100 for each offense.
(B) The penalty for violation of § 99.02 shall be $100 for a first offense, $200 for a second offense, $300 for a third offense, $400 for a fourth offense, $500 for each offense thereafter.
