The following rules and regulations are established for Robert J. Barth Park, these rules/regulations shall be in addition to any other set forth by city ordinance:
(A) No boating of any kind, whether by motor, kayak, paddle board or other similar floating device.
(B) No motorized vehicles of any type allowed (ADA Approved Scooters allowed).
(C) No glass containers of any kind.
(D) No chairs or other similar type items permitted on the trail.
(E) No swimming.
(F) No alcoholic beverage.
