§ 95.02 ABANDONMENT OF VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall leave any vehicle at any place within the city for such time and under such circumstances indicating an abandonment. A vehicle left upon a street or highway for seven (7) consecutive days shall be presumed to be abandoned.
