Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a civil offense fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall, constitute a separate civil offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
