§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or business violating the provisions of § 91.07 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor under Kentucky Law, punishable by up to ninety (90) days in the county jail and a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per day. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punished by a civil offense fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 91.85 through 91.95 shall upon conviction be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250). Each day shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   Any person placing a sign within any right- of-way in the city in accordance with § 91.34 shall be subject to a civil offense fine of fifty dollars ($50) for a first offense, one hundred dollars ($100) for a second offense and two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense thereafter.
