12.20.040: CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR; NOTICE TO OWNER; SERVICE:
The required notice shall be served upon the owner by depositing the notice into the United States mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the owner at the last known address or address shown upon the assessment rolls of Kootenai County. (Ord. 3298 §1, 2007: Ord. 3272 §4, 2006)
