12.04.030: CHECKING OF SURVEYS AND PLATS; NOTICE OF DISCREPANCIES; FAILURE TO CORRECT DISCREPANCIES PROHIBITED:

It shall be the duty of the City Engineer to check all surveys and plats filed with him as provided in this Chapter, and to notify the persons filing by written notice of any discrepancies therein. Failure of the person so notified to correct any such discrepancies within a reasonable time after notice given by the City Engineer shall constitute a violation of this Chapter. (prior code §9-13-3)
