An applicant may appeal the denial of a permit or approval of a permit with conditions under this chapter to the designated Appeal Hearing Officer. An appeal must be filed in writing with the City Clerk within forty eight (48) hours, excluding weekends and holidays, after receipt of the notice of denial or approval with conditions. The Hearing Officer shall make a written decision prior to the planned date and time of the activity or event, or within seven (7) business days of the appeal, whichever is earlier. The decision of the Hearing Officer shall be final. (Ord. 3606, 2018)
