Sponsors of sport tournaments may reserve City sport fields or facilities by paying the fee established by resolution. Sponsors and tournament participants must abide by all City ordinances and regulations regarding the use of public property. If the sponsor intends to operate a food concession, where allowed, during the tournament, the sponsor shall comply with the provisions of title 5, chapter 5.75 of this Code. There will be no additional charge for the food concession. Any concessions associated with a sports tournament will be nonexclusive. (Ord. 3551, 2016)
