17.09.610: APPLICATION AND SUBMITTAL:
Application for a variance shall be made by the owner of the affected property on a form prescribed by the Planning Director. The application shall be notarized and accompanied by necessary information including an ownership list, site and building plans, and other data as may be required by the Planning Director. The ownership list shall be prepared by a title insurance company, listing the owners of property adjoining the property described in the application, using the last known name and address of such owners as shown on the latest adopted tax roll of the County.
