No temporary buildings or other temporary structures shall be permitted on any building site, except as provided for in section 17.07.010 of this chapter. Such structures shall be placed as inconspicuously as practicable, shall cause no inconvenience to owners or occupants of other buildings sites, and shall be removed no later than thirty (30) days after the date of issuance of an occupancy permit of the building(s) in connection with which the temporary structure was used.
