(A) Water will be supplied to users and consumers payable monthly, by the fifteenth of each month following the month in which water was used or consumed. The rate shall be fixed by the Board and kept on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) Bills will be made out by the Director or other person designated by the Mayor and Board based on the readings made by the Director or other duly designated person.
