(A) In no case will service pipes be allowed to run across lots, that is, from one lot to another, but must be taken direct from the main at some point adjacent thereto.
(B) The Water Committee shall have authority to have service pipes extended to houses not located on main line, but in all cases the additional expense of the extension shall be paid by the owner of the property.
