The Public Works Director shall see that the rules and regulations of the town are enforced, that all contracts and specifications are fulfilled, that the assessments of the water rates are correctly made and that all accounts and claims are audited for payment. The Director shall have general supervision over all the operations of the waterworks and shall make report to the Town Manager, whenever called for, as to its working conditions, and make suggestions and plans for its improvement and extension as may be advantageous to the system. The Director shall see that all subordinate employees perform their duties according to the regulations of the town.
