§ 51.01 CONTROL OF SYSTEM VESTED IN BOARD.
   The waterworks system owned by the town shall be under the control of the Mayor and Board, and the duty of securing and enforcing a full compliance with all rules and regulations governing the connections with the mains shall be vested in the Board, or its authorized agents.
